Desiccated Coconut Full Fat Fine Grade has a fat content of 65-68%, giving it a rich texture and flavor. With a moisture content of ≤3%, it remains stable and fresh. The product has a pH range of 6.0–6.7 and contains no residual SO₂. Strict quality control ensures minimal impurities, with no more than 10 dark specks per 100 grams.
