Technical aspects
Organic deodorized cocoa butter appears yellow in liquid form and yellowish when solid. At temperatures below 25°C, it remains solid; above 40°C, it turns into a clear liquid. The product has a mild cocoa taste and smell. It contains less than 0.1% moisture, less than 1.75% free fatty acids, and melts at 30–36°C, ensuring easy application and consistent quality.
